Job summary
Personal Assistant is responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and performing a variety of administrative and personal tasks on behalf of their employer. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the employer’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the employer
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
- Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Run personal errands and support day-to-day tasks as needed
- Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 0-1 year of previous experience in a similar role
