Job summary
We are seeking a smart, organized, and creative Female Personal Assistant who can provide administrative support while creating engaging content for our brand across social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Content Creation Duties:
- Create engaging content for WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
- Write captions, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Capture photos and videos for company branding and marketing.
- Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when necessary.
- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend content ideas.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with a professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Social Media Manager, or related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Strong writing and content development skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing is an added advantage
