We are seeking a smart, organized, and creative Female Personal Assistant who can provide administrative support while creating engaging content for our brand across social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.


Content Creation Duties:

  • Create engaging content for WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Write captions, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Capture photos and videos for company branding and marketing.
  • Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when necessary.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and recommend content ideas.


Requirements:

  • Female candidate with a professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Social Media Manager, or related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
  • Strong writing and content development skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing is an added advantage
