Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the Managing Director.
- Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, calendar, and appointments.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and business projects.
- Assist in managing communications with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Maintain effective filing and documentation systems.
- Undertake special assignments and projects as directed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- A B.Sc. or equivalent in any field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- A background or interest in the food/hospitality/bakery industry is an added advantage.
