Job Summary

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the executive/manager to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and maintaining confidentiality in all tasks.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, calendar, and appointments.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and business projects.
  • Assist in managing communications with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Maintain effective filing and documentation systems.
  • Undertake special assignments and projects as directed.



Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • A B.Sc. or equivalent in any field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
  • A background or interest in the food/hospitality/bakery industry is an added advantage.
