Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of our management team. Must reside in Ogun State.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage scheduling, calendar appointments, and meeting coordination.
- Assist with daily restaurant administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, order follow-ups, and staff coordination.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external contacts.
- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely manner.
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and business meetings.
- Support with errands, supply procurement, and occasional personal tasks.
- Help maintain accurate records, files, and documentation as directed.
- Provide hands-on support for marketing and social media coordination when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or business-related education is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, office administrator, or executive support staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms is an asset.
- Friendly, respectful, and customer-service oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A genuine interest in the food and hospitality industry is a plus.
