Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support executives with administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications; respond or redirect as necessary.
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Run personal errands and manage personal appointments when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive.
- Organise events, meetings, and conferences.
- Monitor and manage deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and trustworthiness.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- High attention to detail.
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000
