Personal Assistant
Job summary
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and presentable Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Director at our Client's Utako office.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s daily, weekly, and monthly calendar, prioritize meetings, and ensure punctuality for all engagements
- Draft, screen, and respond to emails, letters, and calls on behalf of the MD, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Prepare MD’s meeting briefs, agendas, presentations, and minutes; follow up on MD’s directives and decisions
- Coordinate all local and international travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for the MD
- Act as a first point of contact between the MD and internal teams, clients, partners, and other executives
- Handle sensitive documents, reports, and MD’s personal admin tasks with a high level of discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, email, and general admin tools.
- Must be well-groomed and presentable at all times.
- Must possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, discreet, and able to work onsite full-time.
- Proximity to the area will be considered.
