Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling day-to-day tasks, and supporting business activities, particularly within the real estate or shortlet property space.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the employer
- Assist in managing shortlet properties or real estate-related operations
- Coordinate vendors, clients, and service providers
- Run errands and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain records, documents, and reports
- Provide general support to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements:
- B.Sc in any social science-related course
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in short-term property management or the real estate industry is highly preferred
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Must know how to drive (valid driver’s license required)
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
