Job summary

We are seeking a smart, confident, and highly organized Female Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to a public figure. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, assist with travel arrangements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Schedule & Communication Management:

  • Scheduling meetings, avoiding conflicts, and setting reminders for important deadlines.
  • Filtering emails, screening phone calls, and drafting professional or personal responses.
  • Controlling access to the employer and prioritizing urgent messages.


Logistics & Travel:

  • Booking flights, trains, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Coordinating corporate events, conferences, or private social functions (including sourcing venues and catering).
  • Preparing board packs, setting up meeting rooms, and taking notes.


Administrative Support:

  • Organizing digital and physical files, preparing reports, and drafting memos.
  • Collating receipts, tracking spending, and processing expense reports.
  • Maintaining accurate contact lists and updating records.


Household & Lifestyle Support (For Private PAs):

  • Running personal errands, grocery shopping, and managing dry cleaning.
  • Liaising with domestic staff, cleaners, and tradespeople for home maintenance.
  • Managing school schedules, booking appointments, and coordinating pet care.

Requirements:

  • Female applicant only.
  • Must reside on Lagos Island.
  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
  • Available to travel when required.
  • Social media knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
  • Respectful and trustworthy.
  • Highly discreet and confidential.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Confident and emotionally intelligent.
  • Able to represent the principal professionally when necessary.


Location: Lagos Island, Lagos


Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 250,000
