We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join us.

Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage the executive's schedule, calendar, and appointments
- Email and Correspondence: Handle email, mail, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Task Management: Prioritize tasks, manage projects, and ensure deadlines are met
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and prepare travel documents
- Event Planning: Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
