Responsibilities:
- Paid Media: Execute and optimize Meta ad campaigns with a strict focus on CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and lead quality.
- Funnel Engineering: Build and test landing pages that convert "browsers" into "buyers" using high-converting copywriting.
- Rapid Content Creation & Iteration: Produce/direct high-quality, "scroll-stopping" videos, graphics, and animation hooks designed specifically for social sales and product demos.
- Lead Qualification Systems: Implement systems to ensure the sales team is speaking to high-intent clients.
- Technical SEO Oversight: Maintain foundational site health and backlink strategy to support organic trust-building.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: You must show a portfolio where you’ve achieved a 3x ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) in service-based industries.
- The "Speed" Mindset: Ability to conceptualize, produce, and launch an ad campaign within a short period.
- Deep Technical Expertise: Mastery of Pixel tracking, Conversion API, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Copywriting Mastery: Ability to write hooks that don't just "grab attention" but "qualify the lead" through psychological triggers.
- Commercial Acumen: You understand why we are different from competitors and can translate that "moat" into a compelling sales pitch via video and text.
- Resilience: Comfortable working in a high-pressure, "startup-survival" environment with late-hour deployments when demanded.
- Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Search Console, etc
- Ubersuggest, Keyword Research,r etc., and other Video Editing Tools. Canva, Capcut. etc
- Good at video, graphics, and photography production to express their ideas as much as needed.
