People & Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and performance management systems
- Manage daily operational workflows and ensure inter-departmental coordination
- Maintain staff schedules, attendance records, and payroll inputs
- Drive staff engagement, welfare, and workplace culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards
- Track operational KPIs and present regular reports to management
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff capacity-building programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of HR and/or operations experience
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple functions simultaneously
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred qualification:
- CIPM or SHRM certification
- Experience working in fashion, retail, or creative industry environments
