As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dental care to patients while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to assess patients' oral health.
- Examine patient records and diagnose dental conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, dental cleanings and plaque removals.
- Prescribe medications as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Address patients' dental concerns and answer their questions.
- Collaborate with dental nurse/s to ensure efficient patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
- Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards in dentistry.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS/BChD), Bachelor or Dentistry (BDent) degree.
- Dental practising licence in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year experience post NYSC
- Experience using dental equipment and tools
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in dental procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient-centred approach to care.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
- Ability to work in a startup.
Location:Â Ogudu, Lagos State
Job Type:Â Part-Time
Work schedule:Â 3 days per week with alternating Saturdays
Remuneration: NGNÂ 100,000 - 120,000 Monthly Net
