Role Description

We are seeking a Parts Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. In this position, you will oversee the sales of spare parts, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, addressing customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and service. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to implement sales strategies and monitor market trends to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a high-quality client experience
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Sales expertise to achieve targets and implement successful sales strategies
  • Knowledge of Spare Parts for providing accurate guidance and solutions to customers
  • Proven ability to manage inventory efficiently and effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Prior experience in sales or automotive parts industries is a plus
