We are looking for a proactive Partnerships & Channel Sales Associate to drive growth through schools, churches, resellers, and bulk buyers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys outreach, building relationships, and expanding distribution channels.

Responsibilities:
Outreach & Partnership Development:
- Identify and reach out to Schools, churches, retailers/resellers
- Pitch Seeds of Impact products for bulk purchase, resale, or wholesale
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Follow up consistently to convert outreach into deals
- Ensure smooth communication and repeat orders
Bulk Sales Execution:
- Close bulk orders and partnership deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders
- Support onboarding of new resellers and partners
Pipeline & Reporting:
- Maintain a clear pipeline of outreach and leads
- Track conversations, progress, and conversion rates
- Provide weekly updates on partnership progress
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistent onboarding of new schools, churches, and resellers
- Growth in bulk and repeat orders
- Strong, active pipeline of potential partners
- Increased brand presence across key channels
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in pitching and initiating conversations
- Highly organized and proactive
- Comfortable with both virtual and in-person engagement
