Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Partnerships Manager at RetiBazaar. The Partnerships Manager will identify and cultivate key strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance service delivery. Candidate will take ownership of the onboarding of OOH/DOOH partner agencies for an out-of-home advertising technology platform and acts as the primary liaison between the company and its network of media owners (billboard operators, transit authorities, digital screen networks). The role is designed to foster, maintain, and grow relationships that enable our company to provide a comprehensive, automated, and measurable OOH buying experience for brand owners, marketers, and advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Partner Management: Building and managing strong relationships with OOH media owners (inventory providers) to ensure smooth operations and high-quality inventory availability.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Optimizing the inventory supply chain by onboarding new media partners and improving the technological integration of existing ones to make booking more seamless.
- Strategic Growth: Identifying and securing new partnerships with media owners to expand inventory, covering new, unique, and digital OOH (DOOH) assets.
- Commercial Negotiation: Leading contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for pricing, availability, and inventory access.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing and reporting on partner performance, including inventory utilization, data accuracy, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure inventory data is accurately integrated into the platform and aligning with sales teams to meet client demand.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key partners.
- Onboarding & Support: Develop onboarding, training, and enablement materials to ensure partners are successful.
Required Qualification and Skills: Bachelor’s degree with 4-5+ years of experience in partnership management, account management, or business development, preferably within out-of-home (OOH) advertising, online marketplace, or SaaS industry.
