Responsibilities:

• First-Class Guest Relations: Provide an end-to-end luxury experience, including assisting with luggage, opening doors, and maintaining a calm, hospitable cabin environment.
  
• Impeccable Punctuality: Arrive at designated pickup points exactly 30 minutes before the scheduled time, tracking flight statuses live to eliminate wait stress.
• Route Expertise: Navigate Lagos roads safely and efficiently by utilizing a deep knowledge of major routes, shortcuts, and metropolitan zones.
• Operational Alignment: Coordinate seamlessly with our central operations desk for real-time tracking, trip verification, and logistical safety updates.
• Vehicle Upkeep: Ensure your car remains in pristine physical and mechanical condition, with a functional air conditioning system running optimally at all times.
• Policy Compliance: Adhere strictly to direct-booking protocols, keeping all transactions, trip extensions, and customer interactions routed through our official desk.

Requirements:

• Vehicle Criteria: Direct ownership of a neat, well-maintained, modern vehicle featuring standard safety compliance and excellent functional AC.
  
• Documentation: A valid Lagos State driver's license alongside up-to-date vehicle papers (Proof of Ownership, Insurance, Road Worthiness, and LASDRI card where applicable).
• Professional Conduct: Strong communication skills, excellent personal grooming, and a dedication to safe, defensive driving techniques.
• Technology: A reliable smartphone with a steady internet connection to receive dispatch data and link with the operations desk.
