Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying appropriate primers.
- Mix and match paints to achieve the required colours and finishes.
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, windows, furniture, and other surfaces as assigned.
- Carry out repainting and touch-up work when necessary.
- Ensure neat, smooth, and professional finishing.
- Protect furniture, floors, fittings, and other areas from paint stains or damage.
- Identify damaged surfaces and recommend appropriate preparation or repairs.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all safety procedures when handling paints, chemicals, ladders, and other equipment.
- Keep the work area clean and organised during and after each assignment.
- Perform other painting and maintenance duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
