Mikay Agency is looking for a skilled and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive brand visibility, leads, and conversions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

•
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.

•
Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.

•
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative optimization.

•
Monitor budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.

•
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.

•
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and strategies.

•
Prepare performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

🔹 Requirements:

•
3–5 years experience in paid media or digital advertising.

•
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms.

•
Experience with performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.

•
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets effectively.

•
Strong analytical and communication skills.

•
Experience working in an agency is an added advantage.
