🚨 We're Hiring — Paid Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist 📍 Remote | Full-Time | ₦220,000 – ₦250,000/month

We need someone who lives and breathes paid ads. Not someone who dabbles. Someone who has run real campaigns, managed real budgets, and has the numbers to prove it.

🎯 The Role

You will plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google — for our clients and for BGM's own growth. You own the full lifecycle: strategy, targeting, creative briefing, A/B testing, optimisation, and reporting.

This is not a support role. This is not a "help out with ads" role. You will be the person responsible for campaign performance — and you will be held to it.

✅ What You'll Be Doing

▸ Running paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads end to end

▸ Building and managing funnels, automations, and landing pages in GoHighLevel (GHL)

▸ Producing clear performance reports — ROAS, CPL, conversion rate

▸ Joining client calls and presenting results confidently

▸ Qualifying inbound leads before they reach the director

▸ Supporting BGM's own inbound lead generation through paid channels

🔍 What We're Looking For

Essential:

▸ 2+ years hands-on paid ads experience — Meta Ads Manager required, Google Ads a strong plus

▸ GoHighLevel (GHL) proficiency — funnels and automations built independently

▸ Strong grasp of the full digital funnel — ad to landing page to conversion

▸ Confident and professional on phone and video calls

▸ Able to read data and communicate results clearly

Big Bonus:

▸ Experience with AI video and image generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Adobe Firefly etc.)

▸ You've only ever "assisted" on campaigns

▸ You can't show real results with real numbers

▸ You're not comfortable speaking to clients directly

▸ You need someone to build your funnels for you
