Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
On-Ground Outreach & Lead Generation:
- Man booth activations (Haven gate, Lugbe junctions, events)
- Approach passersby confidently and start conversations
- Explain Haven X Fitness value clearly and simply
- Push WhatsApp community sign-ups via QR
- Capture quality leads (name, phone, interest)
Conversion & Follow-Up:
- Encourage walk-ins and same-day tours
- Drive prospects to: Book a tour, Attend a free class, Activate Founders or promo offers
- Follow up leads via WhatsApp (within guidelines)
Brand Representation:
- Represent the Haven brand with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain a clean booth setup and materials
- Wear branded gear and maintain positive energy
Reporting:
- Submit daily numbers: Leads captured, WhatsApp joins, Tours booked, Memberships sold
- Share feedback from the street (questions, objections, insights)
Key Performance Indicators:
Minimum Weekly Expectations:
- 150–250 quality conversations
- 80–120 leads captured
- 40–60 WhatsApp joins
- 10–20 gym visits or tours booked
- 5–10 paid membership conversions (minimum)
