Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and cleanliness standards for both the main store and the campus kiosk.
- Schedule, train, and motivate cashiers and scoopers to deliver seamless customer service.
- Meticulously monitor freezer temperatures, manage product transfers to the campus kiosk without breaking the cold chain, and minimize waste.
- Reconcile daily cash and POS transactions, manage stock levels against sales, and ensure zero variance.
- Maintain high brand standards for walk-in families at the main branch, while ensuring rapid, efficient service queues for students during short campus breaks.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
