Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Outlet Manager with strong experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry to lead our outlet operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily outlet operations efficiently
- Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service targets
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and upselling
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve escalations promptly
- Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and ensure proper inventory control
- Enforce compliance with company policies, hygiene, and operational standards
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./HND)
- 3–5 years’ experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations
- Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000
