Outdoor Sales Lead
Job summary
The outdoor sales lead is responsible for driving revenue growth through active field sales, business development, project sourcing, and strategic customer acquisition. The role requires identifying and engaging prospective customers across construction sites, real estate developments, corporate organizations, architectural firms, and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets.
- Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, residential and commercial developments, corporate organisations, retail outlets, and other prospective customer locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, developers, interior designers, property owners, procurement professionals, and other key decision-makers.
- Promote the company’s furniture, tiles, sanitary wares, and other building finishing solutions to prospective customers.
- Identify upcoming projects and position the company as a preferred supplier for relevant furniture and finishing requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and manage prospects through the sales pipeline from initial engagement to conversion.
- Drive prospective customers to the showroom for product consultation, selection, and purchase.
- Follow up consistently on quotations, proposals, enquiries, and pending sales opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer preferences, new developments, and emerging market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Indoor Sales and Showroom teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful order fulfilment.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue, lead generation, and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, prospects, leads, conversions, and customer engagements.
- Submit daily activity updates and weekly sales performance reports to management.
- Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, promotional campaigns, product launches, networking activities, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, field sales, business development, or project sales.
- Experience within the furniture, interior design, construction, real estate, building materials, sanitary ware, tiles, or building finishing industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and customer conversion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a strong commercial and revenue orientation.
- Ability to work independently in the field and provide structured sales reports.
