Responsibilities:
- Oversee full daily operations of the outdoor pool bar (service flow, staff supervision, customer experience, and facility standards)
- Restructure and improve operations for efficiency, profitability, and premium guest experience
- Recruit, build, and manage a large PRO & Publicity team to drive customer traffic and brand visibility
- Plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for the outdoor pool section
- Organize a minimum of TWO major events monthly at the pool area (themed parties, live entertainment, social gatherings, etc.)
- Actively attract and secure birthdays, celebrations, and private events to be hosted at the outdoor pool bar
- Develop partnerships and outreach programs to position the venue as a top social destination
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance
- Ensure excellent guest service standards and a lively, safe, and engaging environment
- Monitor sales, control costs, and implement revenue growth strategies
- Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and operational safety around the pool area
- Manage event planning logistics from concept to execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years proven experience as an Outdoor Pool Bar Manager or Bar Manager
- Strong background in hospitality operations, events, and customer experience management
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer traffic and revenue
- Strong leadership and team-building ability
- Excellent event planning and promotion skills
- Highly creative with strong marketing and publicity instincts
- Customer-focused and service-driven mindset
- Energetic personality suited to a vibrant outdoor entertainment environment
