Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and fulfil customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Manage website orders and provide online customer service.
- Confirm payments before releasing goods for dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with dispatch riders and track deliveries.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges.
- Prepare daily sales, stock, and order fulfilment reports.
- Maintain a clean and organised store and fulfilment area.
Requirements:
- Good numerical, organisational, and record-keeping abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online order processing.
- Attention to detail, honesty, and accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Relevant experience in order fulfilment, inventory management, or customer service is an advantage

Remuneration: NGN100,000
