Operations/Project Manager
Job summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing interior projects from commencement to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the required quality standards, and in line with client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Supervise and coordinate site supervisors, artisans, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved designs, scope, specifications, and timelines.
- Track project costs, materials, labour, and other resources to minimise wastage and cost overruns.
- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure materials are available when required.
- Conduct regular site/project inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify project risks, delays, and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Interior Architect/Designer to ensure designs are properly translated into execution.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure all client requests, variations, approvals, and project changes are properly documented.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.
- Coordinate project snagging, corrections, final inspection, and client handover.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and site standards.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree/HND in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in project management, construction, interior design, renovation, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects from planning to completion.
- Experience coordinating contractors, artisans, suppliers, and site teams.
- Good understanding of construction and interior finishing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior design drawings.
- Good knowledge of project budgeting, costing, scheduling, and resource management.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Project management certification is an added advantage.
