Job summary
We are hiring a smart, organized, and proactive Operations/Admin Coordinator to support daily production and administrative activities in a fast-paced bakery environment
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production and workflow
- Monitor orders and delivery schedules
- Track inventory and restocking
- Supervise staff attendance and resumption
- Follow up with dispatch riders and suppliers
- Prepare daily operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and cleanliness standards
- OND/HND/BSc qualification
- Experience in operations, admin, hospitality, retail, or food business is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and WhatsApp
- Reliable, responsible, and proactive
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday – Sunday, (1 scheduled day off weekly)
