Operations & Supply Chain Manager
Job summary
The Operations & Supply Chain Manager keeps products available, orders fulfilled, and delivery dependable. This role owns procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics for Frati Furniture, managing the commercial relationship with manufacturing partner and external 3PL/logistics partners to ensure customers reliably get what they order on time

Responsibilities:
- Source and manage suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure a reliable, cost-effective supply of stock in line with the product range.
- Manage the commercial relationship with manufacturing partners, from ordering through to quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Plan and manage stock levels to avoid over- or under-stocking, and maintain accurate inventory records across systems.
- Oversee order processing from confirmation to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in coordination with the E-commerce & Digital function.
- Manage warehousing and storage arrangements with 3PL/partner providers, overseeing space use, handling standards, and stock condition.
- Coordinate delivery and logistics partners to ensure dependable, cost-effective, and trackable delivery to customers.
- Support order updates, delivery follow-up, and resolution of complaints or returns linked to stock or fulfilment, in coordination with the wider Customer Service function.
- Track KPIs such as fulfilment rates, delivery times, and stock accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Work with Commercial & Marketing on demand planning for campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement, inventory, warehousing, or logistics, ideally within retail, manufacturing, or an SME environment.
- Experience managing supplier and 3PL/logistics partner relationships.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to keep operations running smoothly under pressure.
- Good negotiation skills and commercial awareness when dealing with suppliers and partners.
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team and wearing multiple hats as the business grows.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use stock and performance data to guide decisions.
