Operations & Supply Chain Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from confirmation through fulfilment and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on product availability and procurement.
• Manage logistics partners and nationwide deliveries.
• Monitor inventory and product availability to prevent fulfilment delays.
• Track orders and proactively resolve supply, dispatch, and delivery issues.
• Negotiate and manage logistics costs and service levels.
• Maintain accurate operational, supplier, and fulfilment records.
• Work closely with Sales, Vendor Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.
• Develop and improve processes for faster and more reliable fulfilment.
• Monitor operational performance and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related role.
• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple orders, suppliers, and logistics partners simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational software.
• Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
• Experience in agriculture, poultry, e-commerce, FMCG, or logistics is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of nationwide logistics and supply chain operations in Nigeria is an advantage.

Compensation Structure:

• NGN 180,000 monthly during the 3-month probation period.
• NGN 280,000 monthly after successful completion of probation.
• Performance-based incentives tied to operational targets.

Note: Performance will be measured through order fulfilment rate, on-time delivery, order accuracy, logistics costs, supplier reliability, failed/cancelled orders, and overall operational efficiency.
