Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency.
- \Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee inventory, logistics, and workflow to achieve operational targets.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations or supervisory role.
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
Location: Isolo.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
