Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor – Recycling to oversee daily recycling operations, supervise field teams, coordinate activities, and ensure compliance with operational and HSE standards.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily recycling and field operations.
- Coordinate the collection, sorting, processing, and transportation of recyclable materials.
- Lead field teams and monitor productivity and compliance.
- Conduct site visits and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor vehicles, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, transport partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, recycling, waste management, logistics, environmental services, or related field operations.
- Experience supervising field teams is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of HSE practices is an added advantage.
- Must be physically fit and willing to conduct regular field visits.
