Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate the receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of products.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and product availability.
• Supervise warehouse, logistics, dispatch, and other operational personnel as applicable.
• Coordinate order processing, loading, deliveries, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, returns, and operational activities.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Ensure proper handling and security of company products and assets.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in operations, distribution, logistics, warehouse supervision, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple activities effectively.
• Good record-keeping, reporting, and basic computer skills.
• Honest, responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Must reside in Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, or nearby areas.
