Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate rider operations daily — from sign-ins and briefings to on-road support and end-of-day reconciliations.
- Monitor deliveries in real time, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Reconcile rider payments, track expenses, and maintain accurate operational records.
- Share daily performance and incident reports with management.
- Liaise with law-enforcement agencies to prevent or resolve rider-related issues.
Requirements:
- ND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
- 2–3 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or fleet/rider management.
- Experience supervising blue-collar workers is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with mobile apps, map tools, POS devices, and reporting systems.
- Willingness to work long hours to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Must reside on the Mainland (preferably Maryland, Ikeja, and environs).
