We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Superintendent to oversee the seamless day-to-day running of vessel operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong maritime background, excellent managerial capabilities, and a proven ability to interface professionally with clients and internal teams.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of vessel operations
- Serve as the Line Manager for the operations team
- Interface with clients’ operations representatives during daily activities
- Liaise with the Technical Department for planned and unplanned maintenance
- Maintain and update the activity schedule for all operational vessels
- Monitor and track key operational KPIs such as fuel consumption, downtime, data usage, etc.
- Keep accurate records of vessel activity logs and provide regular operational reports as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of a First Degree in a Marine-related field
- Higher qualifications will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in operations and client interfacing
- Prior experience in the Maritime or Oil & Gas industry is mandatory
- Strong ability in crew supervision during operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Expertise in daily vessel operations scheduling
- Good understanding of Maritime Laws and the ISM Code
- Strong managerial and leadership abilities
- High cognitive reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail
