Responsibilities:
- Support the effective day-to-day management and expansion of the company's gaming operations within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate field operations, supporting agent acquisition and activation,
- Monitor agent performance
- Ensure accurate transaction and operational reporting
- Maintain compliance with established operational procedures.
- Build a productive and commercially efficient distribution network.
- Ensure that agents are properly onboarded, supported, monitored, and equipped to drive sustainable sales growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- A minimum of an HND in a related field.
- Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Communication skills
- People management
- Transactions Monitoring & Reconciliation
- Leadership skills
