Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and driven Operations Officer who has worked in the beauty industry preferably to lead and manage the daily operations of our beauty studio. The successful candidate will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer experience, and foster team growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Manage daily business activities, optimize processes, and resolve operational challenges
Support staff training, performance monitoring, and customer service
Maintain inventory levels, track usage, and prevent stock loss
Identify opportunities for business growth and partnerships
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Analyze sales reports and provide insights for management decision-making

Requirements:

Minimum of BSc/HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in business operations and management (preferably in beauty/retail industry)
Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience in inventory and retail management
Tech- and social-media savvy
Proactive, flexible, adaptable, and growth-driven
