Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Scan and process parcels accurately using digital scanning devices.
- Document and update parcel information in the company's system.
- Sort and organize parcels for dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure all shipment records are accurate and complete.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damaged parcels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to meet daily processing targets.
- Comply with all company operational and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any discipline.
- Must be ICT-savvy and comfortable using computers and handheld scanning devices.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce is an added advantage, but not compulsory.
