Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage operational dashboards in real time.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates.
- Identify and resolve system issues promptly.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during shifts.
- Support administrators and customer service teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in using dashboards, data tools, and basic software applications.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly under pressure.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work 4 shifts per week, which may include day and night shifts.
