Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily moving operations and monitor job execution.
• Liaise with truck partners, loaders, and other operational stakeholders.
• Track scheduled moves and ensure timely service delivery.
• Escalate critical operational issues to Management where necessary.
• Monitor operational performance and maintain accurate operational records.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational policies, and service quality standards.
• Resolve operational challenges and support customer issue resolution.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to Management.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Carry out any other operational duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of accountability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and logistics/operations management tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
