Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily business activities, optimize processes, and resolve operational challenges
- Support staff training, performance monitoring, and customer service
- Maintain inventory levels, track usage, and prevent stock loss
- Identify opportunities for business growth and partnerships
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights for management decision-making
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSc/HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business operations and management (preferably in beauty/retail industry)
- Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in inventory and retail management
- Tech- and social-media savvy
- Proactive, flexible, adaptable, and growth-driven
Working Hours:
- Tuesday to Saturday: 9am-7pm
- Sunday: 12pm-7pm
- Off days on Monday and another day day within the week
Remuneration: NGN 180,000 - 200,000
Location: Lekki, Lagos
