Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales and business development team
- Drive performance in loan disbursements and fixed deposit growth
- Expand Foodstash adoption and user base
- Design and execute effective sales strategies
- Monitor and report team performance and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a related role (Cooperatives, MFBs, or Financial Institutions).
- Proven success in sales and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of loan products (especially Personal & IPPIS Loans), fixed deposit services, foodstash (Grocery Savings Platform)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and result-oriented skills.
