Responsibilities:
Requirements:- Oversee daily operations of the security and investigations department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources while monitoring expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all operational processes.
- Lead and supervise a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of staff members.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management within the security and investigations industry.
- Basic Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Good analytical and problem-solving skill
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive strategic decision-making.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis to ensure operational sustainability.
