Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day logistics, dispatch, and delivery operations
- Supervise riders, drivers, and operations staff
- Monitor fleet performance, maintenance, and fuel usage
- Ensure timely deliveries and resolve service issues quickly
- Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs
- Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Coordinate with customer service, admin, and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements:
- HND in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in logistics or operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of Abuja's routes and delivery zones
