Responsibilities:
SLA & Operational Governance:
- Maintain minimum 95% SLA compliance.
- Reduce turnaround times across travel and visa processing.
- Prevent backlog accumulation.
- Monitor and eliminate avoidable booking and documentation errors.
- Manage operational escalations within defined authority limits.
Workflow & Systems Control:
- Implement and enforce SOP-driven processes.
- Standardize documentation verification protocols.
- Monitor case tracking accuracy.
- Strengthen operational reporting discipline.
Team Supervision:
- Supervise Reservations Officer.
- Supervise Visa Processing Officer.
- Allocate workload strategically.
- Enforce measurable performance standards.
- Reduce Managing Director operational intervention by at least 50%.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5–6 years experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Prior experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation workflows.
- Experience managing reservations and travel processing teams.
- Experience working in a structured travel agency environment.
- Strong systems orientation and process discipline.
- Proven ability to manage service delivery KPIs.
Location: VI Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 – 450,000
Work mode: Hybrid.
