Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise HVAC-R installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Allocate resources and monitor project progress and costs.
- Supervise technicians and site staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain client relations and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare reports and advise management on operational improvements.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field or any relevant certification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ HVAC-R experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC-R systems, controls, and safety practices.
