Operations Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our production and retail activities. The successful candidate will ensure efficient workflow, supervise production processes, coordinate staff, maintain quality standards, and drive operational excellence while ensuring timely delivery of customer orders.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the production and retail teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor gift and frame production schedules.
- Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and delivered within agreed timelines.
- Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of production materials.
- Implement and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure proper maintenance and effective utilization of production equipment
- Address operational challenges promptly and implement practical solutions.
- Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support employee development.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Operations Manager, Production Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, gift, printing, framing, or creative business environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
