Operations Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all bottling line operations to meet production goals.
• Optimize processes to increase output and minimize waste.
• Manage maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to prevent downtime.

Quality and Regulatory Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and food safety standards.
• Oversee water treatment processes to ensure compliance with local and federal water safety standards.
• Coordinate water sampling and testing to maintain high-quality standards.

Supply Chain and Inventory Control:

• Manage inventory of raw materials (preforms, caps, labels) and finished goods.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely delivery of packaging materials.

Staff Leadership and Management:

• Supervise, schedule, and train production staff.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Conduct performance evaluations and handle HR-related tasks within the department.

Performance Tracking and Budgeting:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze production efficiency.
• Manage operational budgets and identify cost-reduction opportunities.

Safety and Maintenance:

• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.
• Ensure all equipment is safely maintained and operated.

• Experience in FMCG/Water production.
• Strong in Quality Control & Water Treatment processes.
• Production planning & team management skills.
• HND/BSc in Engineering, Sciences, or related field.
• Must reside in Ibadan - preferred.
