Job summary
We are seeking an Operations Manager responsible for the coordination and smooth running of all operations at the grocery shop and juice bar. Ensures excellent customer service, high product quality, and efficient staff management. Reports to the Managing Director.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer-facing activities including attending to customers, resolving complaints, and responding to enquiries professionally.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure high standards in juice preparation, product quality, and freshness at all times.
- Oversee daily operations including sales recording, stock management, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor and manage stock levels; place orders and conduct regular inventory checks to minimise waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all operations.
- Supervise cleaning and general upkeep to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.
- Train and support staff on customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Collate and document customer feedback and report issues requiring management attention promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a grocery shop, juice bar, or food & beverage environment
