Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and strategic Operations Manager to oversee and optimise the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that business processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate teams, improve operational systems, and support management in driving growth and excellence across all departments.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational activities across departments
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and systems
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects and tasks are executed efficiently
- Monitor performance, productivity, and operational KPIs
- Identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions
- Support management with planning, reporting, and execution of company goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Manage resources and timelines effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Relevant courses
- A Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in operations, business management, or a similar role
- Proven experience managing teams and operational processes
- Strong operations and process management skills
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in operational tools, documentation, and reporting
Location: Ikeja, Lagos Mainland
Work Mode: On-site
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 500,000 and other incentives
