Sales and Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential business opportunities through market analysis, networking, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to foster organizational growth.
• Develop strategic plans and proposals to expand the company's market size and achieve sales targets.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts.
• Handle all client inquiries, address concerns, and maintain positive client relationships
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for the growth of the organization.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering excellent services and addressing client concerns promptly.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Sales and Marketing Officer.
• Professional Sales and Marketing certification would be an advantage.
• Experience in Real Estate and Facility Management.
• Excellent skills in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of basic Accounting and bookkeeping is an added advantage.
